Every time I opened Instagram, refreshed the news, or scrolled through YouTube, I felt a fleeting rush - quickly followed by a hollow emptiness.

Curious and desperate for a reset, I decided to give it a try. For three days, I cut out all digital stimulation - no phone, no music, no Netflix, and definitely no endless scrolling.
